Victor Chai

Director of Omni Healthcare and Senior Speech Pathologist

Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (SPA)

Victor is the Director of Omni Healthcare and a highly experienced Speech Pathologist with extensive experience working with clients across the lifespan, ranging from 2 to 60 years of age. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of clinical areas, including Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI), managing neurodegenerative disorders, and supporting social communication skills for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Victor completed his Master's in Speech Pathology from the University of Melbourne. He also previously completed a Bachelor's in Science majoring in Human Structure and Function.

He is highly skilled in implementing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems such as Proloquo2Go, LAMP WFL, Novachat, Word Power, ensuring clients with complex communication needs have a voice.

Carmen Ng

Director of Holistic Play and Senior Occupational Therapist

Certified Practising Occupational Therapist (AHPRA)

Carmen is an Occupational Therapist working with children, adolescents, and young adults with neurodevelopmental conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD. She supports clients to develop gross and fine motor skills, as well as sensory and emotional regulation, using a neuroaffirming approach that values individual differences and strengths.

Carmen completed her studies at La Trobe University and brings a strong foundation of evidence-based practice to her work. She takes a client-centred, strengths-based approach and works collaboratively with families, carers, and the broader care team, including allied health professionals, to ensure supports are meaningful and goal-driven.

Carmen is also passionate about empowering families through parent coaching. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and staying active through fitness
